Hydration, Food & Drinks.

• [x] Hydration needs to be configurable server side
• [x] Add in a hydration & hunger message so that if you do /drink it says Thirst quenched or You have been fed.
• [x] Add in all of the missing food and drink models (Change to 3D models in hand too)
• [x] Add in all of the lore (to say what each drink / food replenishes)
• [ ] Jumping + Taking damage from dehydration will make you jump even higher.
• [x] Some food items like oranges + Pears need to replenish some thirst too.
• [x] Some food should still be eaten even if the person has full hunger / thirst to continue replenishing.
• [ ] Water canteens can't be filled from the ocean (+ we need a way of having dirty water) if its from the ocean and clean water if its from a water tap.

All drink items crash minecraft in forge 1.18.2 food items don't work and supply stuff doesn't spawn naturally also bullets are uncraftable.
