Support ingest of individual-level human serology data for seasonal flu viruses

Context

In addition to ferret serological data, we also now receive individual-level human serological data. These new data do not have the same columns and values as the ferret data.

Description

We need to support ingest of these data into fauna. Some of the steps will be to:

  • [ ] Crick
  • [ ] CDC
• [ ] Determine whether we can ingest these data into existing tdb tables or whether they need a custom table
