Funannotate compare "error, is not a funannotate folder and does not seem to be a GenBank file"

Hello,

I am have annotated 40 genomes using Funannotate and would like to use Funannotate Compare for some staring analysis.

My code:

funannotate compare -i name_of_file.gbk, name_of_other_file.gbk

etc..

But I keep getting the error " name_of_file.gbk is not a funannotate folder and does not seem to be a GenBank file" I also tried just providing file paths to each Funannotate results directory, but this did not work either.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you,

Laura

Not sure but I think the comma between your file names could be an issue.
