Feature: utils gbk2parts dump same funannotate output files

I think we should have gbk2parts dump the same cds-transcripts.fa files from a gbk file in addition to transcript and proteins file. I am working from sqn and gbk files for something and I would like to use funannotate to dump the gff, genome, CDS, mRNA, and protein files from the input in a consistent way that funannotate generates.
