Preferred citation?

Hi,

Apologies if I've missed it somewhere in the docs, but is there a preferred way to cite the funannotate pipeline? We can cite the repository and version used, but I take it there is no paper out there to also include?

We are slowly working on a paper, so best at the moment is the zenodo DOI.
