can't skip in video

Describe the bug Hi, I can't skip in video to another part it goes every time back to start and starts again.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to a video in files (for me it is an external storage SMB)
  2. start the video and try to go in the video to a nother part

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: [windows 10/11/server2019]
  • Browser [e.g. chrome up to date/EDGE up to date]

Does it only happen with files on External Storage? What type of video file?
