Duplicate 'Login attempt:' message using user_saml

Steps to reproduce

  1. enable user_ldap, admin_audit and user_saml (with Environment Variable)
  2. login
  3. create/upload a file, sort files by name, etc

Expected behaviour

'Login attempt:' log should be generated once per login

Actual behaviour

'Login attempt:' log is generated once per user click

Server configuration

Operating system: Debian 8 Web server: apache 2.4 Database: postgresql 9.4 PHP version: 5.6 Nextcloud version: 13.0.2 Updated from an older Nextcloud/ownCloud or fresh install: Updated Are you using external storage, if yes which one: no Are you using encryption: no Are you using an external user-backend, if yes which one: LDAP

For me (Nextcloud 20.0.6.1) this also happens without user_ldap/user_saml
