Enable NC32 compatibility and publish to Nextcloud app store

Expected behavior:

As a user, i want to add and enable (or upgrade) Splash to my Nextcloud 32 setup from the Nextcloud store.

Compatibility checks report that the current version is not supported in Nextcloud 32, thus, preventing the upgrade.
