Different share options for each column

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I have created a table "damage reports" with some columns. One is called comment.

One view is for the users who report the problems. All columns should be editable in this view except column comment. The users may read but not edit the entries of column comment.

Another view is for the users who look after the problems. All columns should be editable there.

Add sharing options (read, edit) to each column for views.
