Localization of decimal separator

Steps to reproduce

  1. Choose "Deutsch" as language in settings
  2. Insert a column as number field (Zahl-Feld)
  3. Use any amount of decimals >0 (Dezimalstellen)
  4. Insert a colum with a random value 1.234 (1,234)

Expected behavior

Value should use correct decimal separator according to selected language.

Actual behavior

Always a point is used as decimal separator. Unfortunatelly point is used as thousands separator in german language, which leads to confusion for unexperienced users.

Hi again @SaimenSays , and thanks for bringing this one up!

I guess that's more something on the frontend-side, perhaps some lib like momentjs can help with that.
