Monitoring Usergroup

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. As described in the forum https://help.nextcloud.com/t/nextcloud-11-serverinfo-access-for-monitoring/11140/2 it would be nice to monitor a Nextcloud instance with an external tool. In conclusion, I don't want to put any admin rights in such a tool or include some kind of second factor derivation tool in simple monitoring scripts.

Describe the solution you'd like The monitoring API should be accessible by a restricted "monitoring" group, which is a subgroup of "admin".

If this issue was already raised by the original poster in the forum, I did unfortunately not find the issue here.
