[Bug]: Cant upload any .PNG or .JPEG file

Bug description
I'm trying to upload image files like PNG or JPEG to any folder even the root folder and I can't. It gives me a message like this: " Destination folder "/example" no longer exists "
Steps to reproduce
- Create any folder
- Click to upload any image like PNG or JPEG
- A message apears : Destination folder "/example" no longer exists.
Expected behavior
Can upload image files normaly from web or webdav.
