[Bug]: NC 25.0.1 - Theming is not applied properly

Bug description
Hello,
After installing the "theme" app for NextCloud 25.0.1 The login image, favicon and header logo are not applied according to the PNG images I selected.
I have already tried to reinstall the app, and re-upload the images with no results.
Steps to reproduce
Install the theming app Change the text and Upload PNG images according to previous versions
Expected behavior
Theming should be applied according to all previous versions
