[Bug]: Sidebar: User-dropdown-menu in comments tab moves to the left side

Bug description
Comments dropdown menu will be moved to left side and will not be shown completely.
For all screens with width < 1290px

Steps to reproduce
- Go to Files / Photos
- Choose a file
- Open a sidebar
- Go to comments-tab
- Make you browser screen < 1250px
- Type
@in input field to search for available users - See that the dropdown menu is on a left side and is not visible for user

Dropdown menu is smaller, responsive to screen size

My goal is to add a label like e.g. 25-feedback to this ticket of an up-to-date major Nextcloud version where the bug could be reproduced. However this is not going to work without your help. So thanks for all your effort!
