Ignore incoming federated shares e.g. `occ preview:generate-all --local-only`

I have some federated shares and would like to be able to tell preview to only generate previews for files that are local.

Do you only want to prevent the offline pre-generation of previews (i.e. what this app does)? Or do you want to prevent preview generation outright for these types of files? (i.e. Server will still generate the preview on-demand when needed even without this app being installed)?

pre-generation. basically an option so preview generation only creates previews for local files.
