Empty Preview Folders for Videos

Running NextCloud 17.0 and preview generator 2.1.

Previews for photos work fine. When I generate previews for videos, it creates folders for each video in the preview folder but the folders have no thumbnails in them. Also, the odd video will have previews generated and stored in the preview folder but they don't appear on the video in my files.

Any idea why this is?
