Switching accounts does not properly reapply theme color for section headlines

Describe the bug

1. Set up two accounts with different theme colors
2. Have notes in the List view with at least one sectio headline (like "Last week")
3. Seitch accounts

Expected behavior

Theme color gets applied properly everywhere
