Option for not "strike-through" text when line checked in .md

When I start to use Nextcloud for notes years ago, the checked items was only grayed. Since a long time now, an update change the behavior, now the text is also strike-through.

When you use notes for shopping list, this make the readability very bad! And I use it by check what I need not when it is done (task).

Example:

1st option: remove the strike-through like before (look like 'standard" markdown as I see) 2nd option: have a settings that change the display
