Material You theming!

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I've done a quick search and haven't seen anyone else request this;

I'd really love to see Material You support for this app! My wife, brother and I been using it for a few days and it's been awesome. We haven't had any issues yet, other than the lack of ability to start an internal shared note through the app.

Both my brother and I are on Pixels, and we love the Material You theme. Seeing this come to this app would be fantastic.

Just implementing a Material You theme into the app!

Describe alternatives you've considered

I've tried setting up Open Notes to sync using WebDAV, and it just hasn't worked. I know that feature is in development on their end, but it just doesn't work.
