"Plain edit mode" button covers content

Describe the bug
The plain edit mode button covers content if the note fills more than screen height. Since the button is at the bottom, it is pretty much impossible to read the covered text without going into edit mode.
Expected behavior
It is possible to scroll down a bit more, after the note has ended (As if there are a few empty newlines)

You could just add extra space on the bottom of each note in order to fix it.
Workaround: add two empty first order headings add the end of the note # #
Moreover, it is unconvenient to open edit mode with a button on bottom of the screen and close it with a button on top of the screen. Both should be either on top as it used to be, or on bottom.
