Backspacing a line causes the "Rich Text Mode" button to appear and obscure the view.

Describe the bug

When I backspace a newline in the notes app, the "Rich Text Mode" button shows up in the lower right corner and obscures my cursor and text. I have to scroll up to see between the button and the keyboard so I know what I'm typing.

Expected behavior

The button should not obscure my typing view at the end of a note and should be placed in a less-distracting location, such as in the 3-dot menu or in one of the upper corners. Leaving/entering rich text mode isn't a common-enough task to have such prominence in the editor.
