switching between plain edit and rich edit results in a conflict

Describe the bug
- Open a note.
- Switch to plain edit
- Switch to rich edit
- Switch to plain edit
or the variation depending on initial mode

actual behavior: Notes says "The document has been changed outside of the editor. The changes cannot be applied" "Use current version" / "Use the saved version"
Expected behavior
One can switch infinitely between edit modes.

I'm having a similar issue, where:
- I created a new note
- it was on simple text mode
- changed it to rich text
- made a checklist
- pressed the ✔️ button, at least 3 times because it was doing nothing
- pressed the ✖️ button
When i was back at the initial screen, it had a new note created, i opened it, and it was empty. No error message, i guess the save button just didn't work for some reason.
I am having a sort of similar issues.
there is a note that I click on to open, it opens in plain edit and shows nothing, then when I switch to rich edit, I see the actual contents of the file.
