Many contact missing

Out of the 300+ contacts in my Nextcloud contacts app, 230 have a full address but of these only 24 show on the Maps app.

I've been trying to find a common link but can't see one. Can any one help identifying why not all my contacts with an address don't show on Maps.

Manually check the address on the map. I noticed that street names are wrong in the app. It adds other things like city district to the streets name. Checking the address in openstreetmap wil show the correct street name and additional tags, some of which will be appended to the streets name by the app.
