Latitude in location gets converted to a positive number

Steps to reproduce

1. Display information for a photo
2. Locaton displayed has (correct: 43.00000N, -79.00000E) has the Latitude converted to a positive number ( incorrect: 43.00000N, -79.00000E

Expected behaviour

Location of the photo should be displayed where the photo was taken

Tell us what should happen. Location of the photo should be displayed where the photo was taken.

Nextcloud web interface shows the correct location.

Actual behaviour

Location of the photo is shown in the wrong location

Tell was what instead happens. Location of the photo is shown in the wrong location
