Mention ticket number in Nextcloud Text and/or Nextcloud Office

• If a user mentions a Zammad-Ticket (for example by writing [Ticket#12345]), the Zammad integration renders a ticket preview that shows a ticket summary mouseover and opens the ticket in a new tab when clicked.
• Optional: A reference to the document get's saved to the Zammad ticket. If a Zammad agents views a ticket inside Zammad the agent can see all Nextcloud documents where it's mentioned

We use NC for a lot of collaborative Jour Fix agenda and protocol writing. This would be a nice to have quality of life improvement.
