[Feature Request] "Mark all (visible) as read" Button

I would like to have a button at the Bottom that marks all Notifications as read.

To Discuss: What does "all" mean? a) All visible (My preference) b) All availiable

Same as for https://github.com/nextcloud/integration_github/issues/86, Dashboard widget unified design and UI component we use has no possibility to declare per-widget actions for all items, unfortunately.
