Assign a specific username at guest creation
I would like to allow the guest user to be able to login with a username different from their email address sometime too long (compare to a simple username).
Describe the solution you'd like In the form be able to give a specific username different from the email address so make it available in the API as a optional argument and fallback to email if not present. And/Or have this possibility in the commande line tool.
Describe alternatives you've considered It would be possible to change it in the DB directly but you have to make sure that you also modify every reference to the old username. Edit more globally the UserManager to have a UID used internally and a different username used for login.

I would like the same thing. For now I'm using guest to create myself a family account. I give my family the login and the password and just want them to have a simple view on what is shared.
