Control who can invite

On many apps, we can limit the use of the app to some(s) group(s). If we could do this for guests, it would be possible to give some members (in an ad-hoc group) the possibility to invite users, not absolutely anyone, and not only admins who has something else to do .

I find this a very important feature on installations with many users, where security is vital. Limiting inviters to trusted and trained users (via group membership) would do a lot for trust and control.
