groupfolder running full

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Groupfolders for groups are running full. Some groups only work with nextcloud client. they dont look at the clientstatus. all users have set Windows notification center to shut up.

Describe the solution you'd like A clear message trough an email would be good, also the admingroup should receive it.

Describe alternatives you've considered Automatic add 1GB of space and inform admingroup.

Additional context We heavily rely on group folders. a quota for each group folder would also help. https://github.com/nextcloud/groupfolders/issues/44
