Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. As far as i can see on exported CSV, the submitted forms are always added, regardless of the logged-in status. This results in unnecessary old data, that has to be filtered.

Describe the solution you'd like

there should be an option for forms-admin to "overwrite exiting submissions", for data/submisions of logged-in users.

hi.. thx for investigating.. but this is not a duplicate of #1110

the other issue is about userland.. my issue is about automaticaly overwriting the data on serverside..
