GUI shows file as being locked but it isnt locked at all and anyone can edit the file.

Steps to reproduce
- Install the "temporary files lock" plugging
- Lock a file.
- Another use can open the file and edit it as if it wasnt even locked evne though the GUI shows the file as being locked
Expected behaviour
The file should be locked and prevent any other users from changing it.
Actual behaviour
The GUi shows the file being locked but it isnt even locked at all and anyone can edit it.
Server configuration
Web server: Apache/Nginx
Database: MySQL/Maria/SQLite/PostgreSQL PostgreSQL 12.20 PHP version: 8.1/8.2/8.3 7.4.3
Nextcloud version: (see Nextcloud admin page) 22.2.0

from within your Nextcloud installation folder

Are you really using v22 which reached end-of-life 3 years ago?
We have installed the last version (v 31.0.1) of "Files lock" on a v30 Nextcloud... and we meet the same issue : the GUI shows that the file (a mindmap document .km) is locked... but it's still writable !!
