How to enable Plugin tabs;
The Document Server has a feature called Plugins that adds extra functionality, like translator, embedding youtube videos, thesaurus, photo editing etc. The Plugins are open source and availabe here: https://github.com/ONLYOFFICE/sdkjs-plugins
I tried to enable the Plugins tab but I must be doing something wrong:
- Download/Clone https://github.com/ONLYOFFICE/sdkjs-plugins
- Move the sdkjs-plugin folder to /usr/share/nginx/nextcloud/apps/documentserver_community/
- Give the folder sdkjs-plugin appropriate permissions (sudo chown -R www-data:www-data sdkjs-plugin)
- Open a Example.odt
- No Plugins tab.
Server configuration
- OS: Ubuntu 18.04.4
- Web server: Nginx
- Database: Mariadb
- PHP version: 7.2
- Nextcloud version: 18.0.2
- Updated from an older Nextcloud/ownCloud or fresh install: Fresh Install
- Where did you install Nextcloud from: Nextcloud website
Is it possible to enable the plugins? I have not found the way.
Same here
Would love to use Plugins, too.
Can a developer confirm whether this is supported or not at the moment? The screenshot on https://apps.nextcloud.com/apps/documentserver_community shows a "Plugins" tab
I need this functionality as well.
Have you any news about plugin tab?
