images are lost

Using official onyloffice app und Community Document server app within nextcloud.

Behaviour: Since update to latest versions (NC 19.0.0. ,Community Document server 0.1.7 and onlyOffice 4.2.0 and php7.3) I have a strange behaviour.

When I edit a document in onlyoffice app and insert some images, close the app and browser and reopen the onlyoffice doc in browser after some minutes, the images don't appear anymore ! Plain text causes no problem.

It looks like background jobs (cron) are the reason for it (seems that images are cached and deleted by background jobs).

Apps not useable so far !

Configuration: Ubuntu server 18.04, apache 2.4, mariadb 10.4, php7.3 , Nextcloud server 19.0.0, Community Document server 0.1.7, onyoffice app 4.2.0
