Onlyoffice / Community document server on mobile app on iOs
Steps to reproduce
- Open document with configured Onlyoffice / Community document server on mobile iOs App
- Document will not be opened via only office (this is only working via collabora). Basically it is working but maybe the same problem than on opening the app in browser on iOs (this is working but a page refresh is needed)
Expected behaviour
Tell us what should happen Document should be opened in mobile app like it is possible in collabora
Actual behaviour
Tell us what happens instead Documents are not opened in Onlyoffice in this environment

Make sure to remove all sensitive content such as passwords. (e.g. database password, passwordsalt, secret, smtp password, …)

Without access to your command line download the data/owncloud.db to your local
computer or access your SQL server remotely and run the select query:
SELECT * FROM `oc_appconfig` WHERE `appid` = 'user_ldap';
Eventually replace sensitive data as the name/IP-address of your LDAP server or groups.
