Which Nextcloud Version are you currently using: (see administration page) Any Desktop Client version on Windows
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Every time the desktop client is installed or updated, the installation program places a shortcut on my desktop. I do not want this and I have to delete it every single time. Can we make this optional?
Describe the solution you'd like Have a checkbox "Create Shortcut on Desktop" in the installation wizard. Remember this choice for future updates.
Describe alternatives you've considered Manual deletion of the icon with every single update of the client software.

@oradke makes sense thanks for the report would you be able to contribute a PR to achieve that ? That would most probably the fastest way to get it done
