due date default time

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. If you click on due date, 0:00 is suggested by default. If you click on "today", "tomorrow",... 23:59: is suggested.

Describe the solution you'd like With both suggestions you have to scroll far until you get to typical active times. Why not set the standard time to 12am? Or even better, ask users for default time, but set it to 12am default. For "today" set it maybe to now + 3 hours?

Actually, why is the time picker tacking the current second? "23:59:getSeconds()
