Emoticon Submenu doesn't show correctly

When trying to add an emoticon to a card, the opening window doesn't show all options. Please see image for further details. I guess that there is a problem with the value of z-index but I didn't manage to repair it myself without giving a higher value to all the formatting options (then meaning that some tags get hidden by the formatting bar).
