notifications about edited attachments

If a card has an attachment file like example.md and that file is being edited from the deck-app the resulting notifiation (in browser and mail) states something like "user has changed {DECK_PLACEHOLDER}/example.md" The title of the card + the board-title would really be more helpful information here - alternatively the full path to the file and no deck-information (as if the file was edited from the files-app)
