Several announcement channels

current solution: one group can create/edit/delete announcements. The other user read all announcements from this group.

Maybe there is a better solution: Several announcement groups with different rights. e.g. Group: "Global Announcements": see current solution, group: "Team A": just the announcements of users in this group.

Maybe that can be solved a seperate app and the dashboard use this app...
