Sharing with groups always works, even when deactivated

Nextcloud 16.0.1 Contacts 3.1.3

I have deactivated sharing with groups. I have excluded sharing for certain groups. Yet when I share contacts I can still search, find, and share with all groups on the instance.

This should not be possible. Contacts should respect the sharing settings set by the administrator.

I assume so. So this bug has two sides:

1. [x] It's offered, although it should not be.
2. [ ] server accepts it, although it should not.
