Limit visibility to certain groups or circles

It would be nice being able to limit visibility of "open" circles to a limited number of users. Say you have teachers and students on your cloud and only want to allow teachers to request membership of certain circles.

So instead of only providing the option to make a circle "Visible to everyone" please add an option to "Limit visibility to groups" (as for apps).
