Improve adding new event: Adopt event time from event title

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

During my work I have to schedule many events. To add an event for a certain time, I need 7 mouseclicks. This is very time consuming. I also have to scroll to the correct time of the event. Although this process is easy, it takes time as well.

Describe the solution you'd like

I used to work with google calendar. There, I can simply add the time into the "event title" and google automatically reads the time from the title. In google calendar, I simply need to write: 11:05 Test to create the same event.

Using this solution I am down to 1-2 mouseclicks.

Adding this feature would improve event handling for non whole-day events a lot. The feature is non-invasive: For people not using it, nothing would change.
