AutoUpload Duplicate File Uploads

Steps to reproduce
Configure a folder for auto upload. e.g. DCIM. Try to trigger auto upload with bad connection.
Expected behaviour
The uploaded file should not be re-uploaded.
Actual behaviour
The uploaded file is being re-uploaded.

Additional information
In the same scenario, it did not cause any issues on other devices.
Upload files as shown below:

This is really annoying and spams the server log with thousands of messages.
