Autoupload of custom folders skips folders
Actual behaviour
setting up a custom autoupload rule for a folder should copy all content in the folder, actualy only files are autouploaded, folder structure that reside in the autoupload folder is skipped.
Expected behaviour
setting up a custom autoupload rule for a folder should copy all content in the folder, including folders.
Steps to reproduce
- add autoupload of a custom folder
- find an app that saves files in day, months and year folderstructure inside autoupload folder
- wait until app upload starts uploading new content from the folder.
- Only files are uploaded, folders that are created in the autoupload folder are skipped.

I also believe that the AutoUpload should replicate the folder structure of synced folders. I have it set to sync my "Pictures" folder but files in all of the subfolders are uploaded to the same location in NC
I would be in favor of having an option. I would want that for some folders but not for all. For example: some apps but pictures in subfolders in the camera folder which I would auto-upload to a different location on the server (i.e. not in a subfolder of my camera roll auto upload target)
