Autoupload of custom folders skips folders

Actual behaviour

setting up a custom autoupload rule for a folder should copy all content in the folder, actualy only files are autouploaded, folder structure that reside in the autoupload folder is skipped.

Expected behaviour

setting up a custom autoupload rule for a folder should copy all content in the folder, including folders.

Steps to reproduce

  1. add autoupload of a custom folder
  2. find an app that saves files in day, months and year folderstructure inside autoupload folder
  3. wait until app upload starts uploading new content from the folder.
  4. Only files are uploaded, folders that are created in the autoupload folder are skipped.

Android version: 4.4.4 Device model: samsung-s3 Stock or customized system: stock Nextcloud app version: 2.0.0.RC5 Nextcloud server version: 12.0.2

I also believe that the AutoUpload should replicate the folder structure of synced folders. I have it set to sync my "Pictures" folder but files in all of the subfolders are uploaded to the same location in NC

I would be in favor of having an option. I would want that for some folders but not for all. For example: some apps but pictures in subfolders in the camera folder which I would auto-upload to a different location on the server (i.e. not in a subfolder of my camera roll auto upload target)
