Hide email address in activity

It should be possible to hide the email address in the bubble which will be shown in the activity UI which will be displayed if you click on the username.

Expected: A configuration option should b introduced so that the email address is hidden. I think this should be a global setting which will be used from various apps like the activity app so that mail addresses are hidden completely.

Would this https://github.com/nextcloud/server/blob/0dbb99a81bc39cee97f6644faef5bec24881b69c/lib/private/Contacts/ContactsMenu/ContactsStore.php#L266 be a good section to use a config option whether to hide email addresses?
