Why katex render one equation twice?

Expected behavior
Each equation should only be shown once. However, it shows one math equation twice like:

Besides, I cannot see any CSS file sourced in the page source. Is this a problem?
Steps to reproduce the behavior
Just following the very basic instruction, then get this result.

I'm experiencing the same situation as well. Even for some very simple formulas, the aforementioned situation can occur.
