Hiding the 3 dots menu or customzing the settings popup.

Hi,

How can I hide the 3 dots in the video player? I like everything about it but the 3 dots that pops up the video quality, loop video and playback speed. I'd like to hide it so it doesn't appear.

Or better if I can remove the pop up video quality and the loop video option..
