"Starter kit" for visualizations based on results data

Maybe a D3 thing? Some basic templating that gives news orgs some results display that they can then modify would be great.

We can also create some widgets for tv dashboards. Maybe using Dashing http://dashing.io/

I think topojson for all the geographies for which there are results would be nice.
