Better printing through avoiding page breaks

Saw the beautiful graphs here:

Supporting paged media might not be a goal of this project, but please consider adding something like the following so that the entire graphic stays together as a unit in printouts/PDFs:

.ai2html > .g-artboard {
  page-break-inside: avoid;
}

(I can't tell where this should go.)
