Request support for Win11 Insider builds + (23H2)

With how Win11 changed the Insider Builds esp. the dev channel, there should be many who will find this app not working for them. I was moved to canary build Version 23H2 (OS Build 25941.1000) from the dev channel, since the 23000+ series became obsolete and I had to move to 25000+ series. (other than completely re-installing Windows11)

Any way a version is possible for this build?

I tried using the windows11.dll from the latest and VirtualSpace did run. I was able to use the switching between the desks. BUT when the mainview with cube3D was run, the whole app was crashing.

I do know support for these is low priority. But just adding this here. Missing the app from my workflow. Thanks in advance.

I did try that and also explained there, what happened. Started this issue for better follow up, since it's a blanket request.

Summary: Using the exe on that thread, the app runs for few seconds, but on switching or opening the mainview, the grid opens blank for few seconds and then the app crashes. Also tried to use the dll on the zip with a previous old exe, that newlooper provided few months back! ~Nada.

Update: Of course tried the updated file released and got the Not Supported Error. Logging this update here to bump for support.

Hi Dev, Bumping this again to check if this is still possible.

I understand from previous discussions that these builds are usually not supported. But again, referring to #54 where a standalone version was provided, that again did not have the latest update, but atleast it worked. Anything of that sort possible here?

Very much regret using insider builds, esp. With Windows screwing me over with force pushing us to 23H2 version! Just because, I can't afford to reset my windows.

Bumping this again.

I got a little hope to see the latest build showing support for newer win versions, as per the discussion in #105

Sadly got the same unsupported OS error.

With update on the winversion I am on now! Windows keeps incrementing the version.

I really wish the win version check on load can be skipped? I understand its to make sure compatibility.

On this version now. Looking forward for the day I can go back to use this app. /thanks in advance
